Oaks Fire Protection provides professional fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, replacement, compliance, and related services.
Our primary focus today is fire extinguisher services, including:
- Annual inspections
- Maintenance
- Recharging
- Hydrostatic testing coordination
- Internal maintenance
- Repairs, when applicable
- Replacement recommendations
- New extinguisher installation and replacement
- Compliance documentation
- Related fire extinguisher services
Oaks Fire Protection may also provide additional fire protection services now or in the future, including but not limited to:
- Fire sprinkler systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency and exit lighting
- Fire doors
- Commercial kitchen fire suppression systems
- Other life safety and fire protection equipment and services
- Some services may not yet be available in all service areas or at all times.
- Oaks Fire may expand its service offerings over time without requiring updates to these Terms.
- All services are subject to technician availability, scheduling, site conditions, inspection findings, manufacturer requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
3. Estimates
- Instant estimates provided through the website are for customer convenience.
- Estimates are based on information submitted by the customer.
- Final pricing may differ after an on-site inspection depending on factors such as actual extinguisher quantity, equipment type, equipment condition, required maintenance, required repairs, recharge requirements, internal maintenance requirements, hydrostatic testing requirements, necessary replacements, and accessibility of equipment.
- Customers will be informed of any material pricing changes before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information.
- Appointment windows are estimates and may occasionally change.
- Oaks Fire will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes.
- Customers should provide safe and reasonable access to service locations at the scheduled time.
5. Payments
- Payment is due according to the terms shown on the invoice.
- Secure online payments are processed through Stripe.
- Oaks Fire does not store complete payment card information.
- Applicable taxes may be added where required.
- Late payments may be subject to applicable fees where permitted by law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to service locations.
- Ensure fire protection equipment is reasonably accessible.
- Provide accurate information.
- Inform Oaks Fire of any known hazards or access restrictions.
- Ensure someone with authority is available if approvals are required during service.
7. Warranty & Disclaimer
- Services are performed using commercially reasonable care and generally accepted industry practices.
- Except where required by law, Oaks Fire disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- Fire protection equipment requires ongoing inspection, maintenance, and testing.
- No inspection or service can guarantee that equipment will never fail or that emergencies will never occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oaks Fire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Oaks Fire website, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other content are owned by Oaks Fire Protection unless otherwise noted.
